Our service

Trusted Hands provides will-writing services. We are not a firm of solicitors unless you specifically purchase a regulated solicitor review add-on. Our advisors are trained in will writing but do not provide regulated legal advice.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Confirm you have the mental capacity to make a will and are not acting under undue influence.
• Sign and witness your will correctly using two independent witnesses who are not beneficiaries.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us.
